The Business Continuity Plan is a document containing useful information to maintain business continuity. 

This information is contained at the strategic level, tactical level, and operational level:

• Strategic level: contains all the procedures that are necessary to implement to ensure a correct management of all critical events that can threaten the continuity of the company;
• Tactical level: contains all the information related to the coordination of activities;
• Operational level: contains all the steps aimed at executing in case there is an interruption in business continuity. 

The goal of the Business Continuity Plan is to minimize possible damage, and to do so it must include:

• The objectives to be achieved;
• The actions to be planned: after identifying the goals, it is necessary to create a list of actions to be planned;
• The roles and responsibilities of collaborators: it is important to identify and indicate all roles divided per person for each planned action;
• The procedures and the protocols to implement in case of emergency.

Thanks to the Business Continuity Plan it is possible to achieve greater advertising continuity.

The protagonist, in order to be realistic, will live a normal life, establish relationships with other characters who in turn will have their own past that the reader will need to discover.
