Copyright Violations and Complaint Procedure
If you believe that the content of any of the Framework360 services has violated copyright or other intellectual property rights, please write to our designated agent providing the following information:
- an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property rights allegedly infringed;
- a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you believe has been infringed;
- identification of the material, including information about its location to enable us to locate it and, if possible, the URL of such illicit material, which is believed to infringe copyright;
- information that allows us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address (if available);
- a statement by you declaring that you assume in good faith that the use of the illicit material is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, their agent, or by law;
Remember that knowingly making a false statement about an illegal material or activity may subject you to Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you are a subscriber and believe that material posted on any of the Framework360 services has been removed incorrectly, please write to our designated agent providing:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
- a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or due to misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled;
- your name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Marketing Studio's service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person.
To be effective, the counter-notification with the above information must be sent to the designated agent for copyright and intellectual property rights infringement notifications at the following e-mail address: assistenza@marketingstudio.it
Remember that, by knowingly submitting a false statement claiming that material or activity has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may be subject to Section 512(f) of the Copyright Acts.
We also remind you of our policy of terminating the accounts of subscribers who repeatedly infringe copyright or other third-party rights.
