Types of Abuse
We have classified different types of abuse into the following categories:
Spam, Malware, and Phishing:
users are not allowed to use Framework360's Services for the transmission of "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "phishing" or unsolicited mass distribution of email. An example of a phishing attempt is an email that asks to reveal your credit card number in order to be eligible to receive a prize.
Promotion of Hate Activities, Violence, or Illegal/Offensive Actions:
the transmission or publication of any content that (i) is unlawful, illegal, incites hatred, promotes racism or promotes discrimination or hatred based on ethnicity, and (ii) advocates, abuses, harasses, stalks, threatens or violates the privacy and other legal rights of third parties, is explicitly considered prohibited activity on Framework360.
Sexually Explicit Material:
Sexually explicit materials are materials that contain adult content. We do not authorize users to post or transmit sexually explicit materials using Framework360 services.
Child Exploitation:
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards content that exploits children. This means we will close the accounts of any user who shares or publishes content that includes child abuse. We will also report the content and its owner to law enforcement authorities.
Personal and Confidential Information:
We do not allow the use of Framework360 services to post personal and confidential information that is not publicly accessible without the explicit consent of the persons involved. Examples of personal and confidential information include first and last name, telephone number, address, social security number, credit card number, ID card data, and banking information.
Copyright Infringement:
Copyright infringement occurs when someone other than the copyright holder copies the "”expression" of a work. If you discover a copyright infringement of your work by a Framework360 user, we will take the necessary measures as specified here.
Other Violations:
You can also report a violation that does not fall under any of the categories mentioned above. Please note that you will be asked to provide a description of the violation to enable us to take appropriate action.
