Anti-Spam Policy
This policy applies to all Framework360 Services that may be used to transmit bulk emails or commercial emails ("Included Services"). You agree to the Framework360 Anti-Spam Policy as a prerequisite for using the Included Services. The Included Services may only be used for sending emails or messages to people from whom you have explicit permission to send emails or messages regarding the subject of such emails or messages, such as permission-based email marketing. The Anti-Spam Policy is very important to us. If we discover that you are sending emails or messages to people without their permission, we reserve the right to close your user account. By "permission" we mean an explicit and demonstrable authorization granted to you. Permission to send commercial emails can be granted through:
- Submission of an email address as part of downloading any content from your website or ordering one of your products or services.
- Subscription to an email newsletter by filling out a form on the user's website.
- Provision of an email address by someone as part of participating in any contest, event, or survey conducted by you, provided that you have informed him/her about the sending of marketing emails.
- In cases where a person, by filling out a form, has ticked a checkbox to give consent and indicate their willingness to be contacted via email, provided that the checkbox is unchecked by default and that you have informed the person that the nature of the emails will be commercial.
- Business card provided by a person who has expressed their willingness to receive commercial nature emails. The availability to receive commercial nature emails will be presumed where the business card was left at your booth during a trade fair. The general rule is "Do not use the Services included to send emails or messages to email addresses for which you do not have explicit permission to send emails concerning the subject of the email." For us, 100% compliance with this rule is of paramount importance.
When we say 100%, we do not include instances where the recipient of an email has marked it as Spam, even if you have explicit and verifiable permission to send emails to that address. Keep in mind that once granted, permission is considered revoked if the email recipient opts out of receiving emails from you. In particular, you must strictly adhere to the following rules, which clarify the general rule mentioned above:
- You must have explicit permission to contact the recipient about the subject of the email. You will need sufficient proof to demonstrate that you have received permission from all recipients of emails sent through the included Services.
- You may not import or send emails to email addresses that you have purchased, borrowed, leased, or acquired from third parties, regardless of any claims about quality or authorization, while using the included Services. You must also refrain from importing emails into your account for the included Services or sending emails to email addresses collected from other websites.
