It includes the styles and characters of CSS, Html, and JavaScript. In fact, many themes and layouts for CMS are developed using Bootstrap. 

The sites that Bootstrap develops contain the classic elements (header, footer, content, and sidebar) and calculate the width of each of them.

Bootstrap manages to optimize the responsive layout through the use of 12 columns, which are modified according to the structure one wants to achieve.

Like all elements of Bootstrap, the columns have an associated class and are part of a grid. This calculates the division of content width in each of them.
