This guide explains how to view the results of an export or synchronization operation to TotalGest.
Procedure
1. Start exporting the desired items (e.g., orders or products) using the synchronization function.
2. Wait for the progress window (progress bar) to complete processing all selected items.
3. Once the process is finished, a modal window titled Export Completed will automatically appear.
4. In this summary window, you can view the operation results, divided into two main sections:
- Sent: Indicates the total number of items that were successfully synchronized.
- Not Sent: Indicates the total number of items that were not sent.
5. If any errors occurred during the export, an additional section titled Error Details: will appear below the counts summary listing the issues encountered.
6. Click OK to close the summary and return to the previous screen.
