This guide explains how to define who will receive the WhatsApp message sent through automation.
Procedure
1. Access the creation or modification section of the WhatsApp automation action (under WhatsApp Settings).
2. Locate the field labeled Recipient.
3. Click on the dropdown menu and select one of the following options:
- Default: Select this option if you want the message to be sent to the phone number associated with the contact executing the automation.
- Custom: Select this option if you want to send the message to one or more specific numbers, regardless of the contact executing the automation.
4. If you selected Custom, a new field labeled Custom Recipient will appear.
5. In the Custom Recipient field, enter the desired phone numbers. If you need to enter multiple recipients, separate them using commas.
> Note: When selecting Default, the Custom Recipient field will not be visible.
