Why do it:
This configuration allows you to receive incoming messages on the selected WhatsApp numbers directly within the Messages panel of the platform.
Procedure:
1. Access the plugin Settings section.
2. Locate the section titled Message Reception.
3. Find the label Message Reception (associated with the multi-selection field).
4. Click on the selection field and choose one or more WhatsApp numbers from the list.
- Note: You can select multiple numbers to funnel messages from all lines into the Messages panel.
5. (Optional) In the same section, you can configure the following additional options by checking the corresponding box:
- Enable notifications: Enable notifications upon message reception.
- Receive from groups: Enable receiving messages from WhatsApp groups.
- Send email: Enable sending an email notification upon message reception.
6. Save the changes made to the settings.
