To customize the welcome message that users see when they open the Live Chat for the first time.
Procedure
1. Log in to the admin panel and go to the Live Chat plugin settings.
2. Click on the Messages tab.
3. Locate the field labeled Introductory Text.
4. Edit the text inside this field with your desired message.
5. Click Save Changes (or the equivalent save button in your interface) to apply the modification.
