Modify the document/email title before sending

This guide explains how to customize the document title (e.g., Invoice or Receipt) that will be displayed in the email preview before sending it to the customer.


Step-by-Step Procedure

1. Access the Order or Document page you want to send.

2. In the document section, locate the label Personalizza email.

3. Click the action button below (the button text will be similar to "Send [Document Name]" or "Configure [Document Name]").

4. A dialog window (modal) titled "Invia documento" will open.

5. In the left column, under the label Messaggio personalizzato, you will find the default document title (e.g., "Fattura [Document Number]").

6. Click directly on the title text to activate edit mode.

7. Modify the title as you wish.

8. Once you have finished editing (and after checking any other settings such as Subject or Recipients), click the Invia button located at the bottom right of the dialog window to proceed with sending.
