To synchronize the availability of a resource (such as a room or a vehicle) with external calendars (such as Airbnb or Booking.com), you need to enter the iCal import links in the synchronization tab.
Procedure
1. Access the resource management section (for example, Rooms or Vehicles) and click on the specific resource you want to modify.
2. Within the resource edit page, look for and click on the tab named Synchronization.
3. In the iCal section, you will find two fields:
- Outgoing link: This is the URL of your calendar that you must provide to external platforms to export your availability. This field is read-only.
- Incoming link: This is the field where you need to enter the links of external calendars to import bookings and block availability.
4. In the Incoming link field, paste the URL or URLs of the iCal files containing external bookings. If you need to enter multiple links, separate them with a comma.
5. Save the changes made to the resource to activate synchronization.
> Note: Synchronization occurs automatically at regular intervals (see cron/importCalendars.php). If you need to force an immediate update, you may have to use a specific backend function not visible on this screen.
