This guide explains how to configure the "crib request" option for different children's age groups within a specific room or accommodation unit.
Procedure
1. Access the management section of your rooms (e.g., Accomodations).
2. Select and open the room for which you want to change the settings.
3. Within the room settings, navigate to the Booking Engine tab.
4. Scroll down to the ibox titled Child Cost.
5. In this section, you will find the configured children's age groups. To modify an existing group or add a new one:
- Use the fields From (years) and To (years) to define the age range.
6. In the Crib Request column, locate the checkbox:
- To enable crib request for that specific age group, check the box labeled Allow crib request.
- To disable crib request, make sure the Allow crib request box is unchecked.
7. After making changes, click the save button (usually Save Changes or Update) to apply the new rules.
Once saved, the option to request a crib will appear (or disappear) in the front-end booking widget based on the age groups entered by the user.
