Why do it: To monitor users subscribed to your Telegram channels, their status, and the channel they are associated with.
Procedure
1. Access the section of the system dedicated to managing Telegram subscribers (the exact location depends on your control panel configuration).
2. Once the page is opened, the list of subscribers will be automatically loaded into a table.
3. The table is organized into the following columns, showing essential information for each subscriber:
- Subscriber Name: The username associated with the subscription.
- Channel: The name of the Telegram channel to which the user is subscribed.
- Status: Indicates the current situation of the subscriber:
Active(displayed with a blue label).Inactive(displayed with a red label).
4. To edit a subscriber's details (such as their name, channel, or status), click on the corresponding row.
Note on Status Management:
From the main list, you can change a subscriber's status directly using the contextual buttons that appear on the row:
- If the subscriber is Active, click Deactivate Subscriber to make them inactive.
- If the subscriber is Inactive, click Activate Subscriber to restore access.
