Interactive Catalogs with Tags

Catalogs, Pages, Interactive Tags, Links, Visibility

Description: Tool for creating and managing digital flip catalogs. It allows you to make image pages interactive by applying points of interest (tags) linked to other content on the site.

What is it for? (Practical examples)

Use Interactive Catalogs to enhance the user experience and guide visitors directly from your marketing materials to related products or services.

  • Make a brochure interactive: Upload your company brochure as images and link each product or service mentioned directly to its page on the site.
  • Create a dynamic price list: Present your price lists in graphic format and allow customers to click on an item to view details or add it to the cart (if integrated with e-commerce).
  • Show technical diagrams: Use tags to associate specific parts of a diagram with user manuals or support pages.

Main features

The module offers all the necessary tools to create, edit, and publish your digital catalogs.

  • Multi-Page Management: You can upload up to 70 images (pages) to compose a single flip catalog.
  • Creation of Interactive Tags: On each uploaded page, you can click anywhere to create a tag.
  • Content Linking: Each tag can be associated with a product, a service, or a specific page of your website.
  • Status Control: Each catalog can be quickly activated or deactivated to control its visibility on the site.
  • Quick Overview: The main screen shows the catalog name, the number of pages uploaded, and the active status.

How to configure

Creating a new catalog involves two main phases: entering the basic data and assigning tags.

Configuration FieldDescription
Catalog nameThe identifying title of the catalog, visible only in the management area.
Show on siteSelecting this option makes the catalog visible to the public. If deselected, it will remain saved as a draft.
Catalog pagesHere you upload the images (JPG or PNG formats only) that make up the catalog. Images are uploaded in sequence.
Tag assignmentAfter uploading the pages, this section becomes active. Click on an image to place a tag and use the search function to link it to existing content (product, service, or page).

Automatic integrations

Direct linking to site content

When creating a tag on a catalog page, the system allows you to search for and automatically link:

  • Products
  • Services
  • Internal pages of the site

This ensures that the visitor, by clicking on the tag, is immediately redirected to the desired content, guaranteeing an optimal navigation flow.

File management

Uploading images for catalog pages is centrally managed, ensuring that files are optimized and properly stored within the directory dedicated to documents and catalogs.
