Description: This tool allows you to schedule and manage the automatic publication of content across various marketing and communication platforms, using a centralized calendar view.
What is it for? (Practical examples)
Use the Automatic Scheduling module to optimize content management and ensure that the right messages reach your audience at the right time.
- Centralized management: Schedule in one place the posting on social media, sending email newsletters, and activating SMS campaigns.
- Future planning: Prepare content weeks or months in advance, freeing up time for other operational activities.
- Client association: Link the publication of specific content (e.g., a reminder or an offer) to a specific client for targeted communication.
Main Features
1. Scheduling Calendar
The main interface is an interactive calendar showing all scheduled content.
- Quick view: Each event on the calendar indicates the content title, destination platforms (e.g., [Facebook], [Email]) and, if present, the associated client.
- Quick edit: Clicking on an existing event allows you to quickly modify its date, time, or content.
- Quick creation: Selecting a free date on the calendar lets you start creating new scheduled content.
2. Multi-Platform Editor
When creating or editing content, you have a unified editor managing each communication channel’s specifications.
- Channel selection: You can choose which platforms to publish the content on (e.g., Social Media, Email Marketing, SMS, etc.). Available options depend on active integrations within your Framework360.
- Dedicated content: For each selected platform, the system presents required fields to create specific content (for example, a field for social post text and a different field for email body).
- Save and Schedule: After entering Title, Date and Time of publication, and content for chosen platforms, the system saves the event and schedules it for automatic execution.
3. Content Management
- Edit: You can update the title, publication date, or content of a scheduled event anytime before execution.
- Delete: You can remove a scheduled event from the calendar, canceling automatic publication.
- Client Association: Each event can be linked to a specific client, making scheduling useful also for personalized communications.
- Labels and Notes: You can assign labels to categorize events (e.g., 'Promotion', 'News') and add internal notes visible only to administrators.

Automatic Integrations
Scheduled automatic publishing
Once you save content with a future date, the system autonomously handles execution. It is not necessary to keep the system open or manually perform sending.
- The system periodically checks scheduled events and when the publishing time is reached, automatically sends or publishes content across all selected platforms.
