Why do it: Labels help you categorize and quickly view the status or type of content of your posts directly in the calendar.
Procedure
1. Access the post calendar section.
2. Click on the post to which you want to assign a label. The edit screen will open.
3. In the edit screen, locate the label selection field (this field does not have a specific title in the visible section, but is usually found near the Title and Date fields).
4. Select the desired label from the dropdown list.
5. Once the changes are complete, click the save button (for example, Save changes or Save) to apply the label and close the window.
The event in the calendar will be updated with the color associated with the selected label.
