How to View Event Scheduling in the Calendar
Why do it:
To quickly view all scheduled publishing events and their scheduling details.
Procedure
1. Access the page where the event calendar is displayed.
2. On the calendar grid, locate the event (post or publication) you want to examine.
3. Click on the desired event. A form containing the scheduling details will open.
4. At the top of the form, you can view the main details:
- The Title field of the event.
- The Date and scheduled publication time field.
5. To view target platforms, scroll through the listed sections (identified by platform name, such as "Facebook" or "Instagram").
6. Within each platform section, check the checkbox:
- If the "Publish on [Platform Name]" box is checked, the event is scheduled for publication on that channel.
7. To view specific settings for that platform (such as text or images used), scroll through the content within the platform section.
8. When finished viewing, close the details window.
