This guide shows you how to create and configure a new automatic publishing (autopost) event using the scheduling calendar.
Procedure
1. Access the auto-scheduling calendar.
2. Click or select the desired date and time on the calendar to open the new event configuration window.
3. In the configuration window, fill in the basic details of the event:
- Enter the event name in the field labeled Title.
- Verify or modify the publishing date and time in the Date field.
4. Use the tabs (or fieldsets) to navigate through the different available publishing platforms (for example, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
5. To enable publishing on a specific platform:
- Go to the desired tab (identified by the platform’s icon and name).
- Check the box labeled: Publish on [Platform Name].
6. Once checked, an internal section will open for specific configuration of that post. Enter all required content and settings for that platform.
7. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for all platforms where you want the event to be published.
8. After configuring all details, click on the save button (usually labeled Save or Confirm) to schedule the event.
The event will be added to the calendar and will be automatically published at the specified date and time.
