This procedure guides you through opening an existing event in the calendar and associating that event with a specific customer.
Procedure
1. Access the Calendar module (identified as autopostCalendar).
2. Click on the event you want to edit. The event editing window will open.
3. At the top of the window, check or modify the required fields:
- Title
- Date (format DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM)
4. Locate the area dedicated to customer assignment. Select the desired customer.
(Note: The customer assignment is internally saved as customer_id.)
5. If necessary, you can also configure the publishing platforms by scrolling through the tabs and checking the box Publish on [Platform Name].
6. Once you have completed the changes and selected the customer, click the save button (usually Save or Save changes) to confirm the assignment.
The event will be updated in the calendar and will include the customer's name in parentheses, as shown in the example: [Platform] Event Title (Customer Name).
