Why do it:
You can add notes or internal messages to a scheduled event to keep track of important details or specific instructions.
Procedure: How to add notes or messages to the event
1. Access the calendar view.
2. Click on the existing event to which you want to add a note. The event editing screen will open.
3. In the editing screen, check the existing fields such as Title and Date.
4. Locate the text field dedicated to entering notes or messages (this field does not have a specific label in the code, but it is saved as "note" or "message").
5. Enter the desired message or note in this field.
6. Once you have finished making changes, click the save button (usually labeled Save or Save changes) to update the event.
> Note: The system will save the text entered in the notes field and associate it with the scheduled event.
