This guide explains how to access the template management area (predefined message templates) and how to use an existing template within a conversation. Templates are useful for sending quick and standardized responses.
1. Managing (Creating or Editing) Templates
To create, edit, or delete existing message templates, you need to access the dedicated management section.
1. From the main Messages screen, locate and click the Gestione template button. This will open a new browser window or tab.
2. In the new section, you can view the list of existing templates and proceed with the necessary creation or editing operations.
2. Importing a Template into Chat
You can use a predefined template to quickly insert text and attachments into a conversation, whether you are replying to an existing message or creating a new conversation.
1. Open the conversation where you want to use the template. If you are creating a new message, click the Nuovo messaggio button and select the desired conversation type.
2. In the bottom bar, above the message writing area, locate the Importa template button.
3. Click Importa template. A dropdown menu with the list of available templates will open.
4. Click on the title of the template you want to use.
5. The content (text and any predefined attachments) will be automatically inserted into the writing area. You can edit the content before sending it.
6. Click the Invia button to send the message.
