Manage message templates (external link)

This guide explains how to access the separate section for managing message templates (predefined response models) directly from the chat interface.

Template management takes place in a dedicated external window or tab.


Procedure to Access Template Management

1. Access the main Messages (Chat) section.

2. Locate the toolbar or page header, usually positioned at the top.

3. Look for the button labeled Template Management. (It may be accompanied by an envelope-shaped icon $\small\text{(\fa{envelope})}$.)

4. Click the Template Management button.

A new browser tab or window will open, taking you to the dedicated area where you can create, edit, and organize your message templates.
