This guide shows you how to enable email synchronization. If this feature is disabled, some email replies may not be displayed correctly within your conversations.
Enable Email Synchronization
Follow these steps to activate email synchronization:
1. Access the Messages area
Go to the section of the platform where you manage your conversations (the chat list).
2. Locate the deactivation warning
If synchronization is disabled, you will see a warning banner at the top of the screen titled Email synchronization disabled.
3. Click the enable button
Within this banner, click the Enable synchronization button.
4. Activate synchronization in Settings
You will be redirected to the settings page. Look for the option related to email management (often called "Email Synchronization" or similar) and make sure it is set to Active.
5. Save the changes
Save the changes made to the settings.
Once you have completed these steps, the warning banner will no longer be visible and email replies will be synchronized with your conversations.
