The following guide is intended for users who want to move a conversation from the "In Progress" (active) list to the "Archived" list.
This procedure is performed through the conversation details panel.
Archiving the Conversation (via Details menu)
Follow these steps to archive an active conversation:
1. Select the Conversation
In the conversation list on the left, click on the conversation you want to archive to open it.
2. Open the Details Panel
At the top of the discussion, click the Details button.
- The right sidebar (
.chat-info) will open, showing information about the author and available actions.
3. Locate the Actions
Scroll to the bottom of the details panel to find the actions section, marked by a group of buttons.
4. Archive the Conversation
Click the main action button labeled Archive (or the associated dropdown menu, if present).
1. Click the main button (which may be labeled Archive).
2. If a dropdown menu opens, select the Archive option (identified by the trash can icon).
Result
The conversation will be immediately moved to the Archived list and will no longer be visible in the In Progress list.
> Note: If you want to permanently delete the conversation from the system, select the Delete permanently option from the dropdown menu. This action cannot be undone.
To view archived conversations:
1. In the conversations panel (on the left), scroll to the bottom.
2. Click the Archived icon (the trash can) in the footer.
3. To reopen an archived conversation, open it and click Reopen in the Details panel.
