How to request the re-sending of the email activation link

If you have entered a new email sender but have not received (or have lost) the activation link needed to validate the address, you can request a new send directly from the sender's edit screen.

Note: This procedure is necessary only for Email-type senders.

Procedure to request the re-sending of the activation link

1. Access the list of senders

Navigate to the system section where the list of configured senders is present.

2. Select the sender to activate

Click on the row related to the email sender to open the edit screen.

3. Check the activation status

In the edit screen, make sure that the Tipologia field is set to Usa per le email. Scroll down until you find the status section, identified by a red box.

If the email has not yet been validated, you will see the following message:

> The email address has not yet been validated; to start sending emails with this sender, click on the link that was sent to you via email.

> Also check your spam folder

4. Request re-send

Look for and click on the link: Re-invia link di attivazione.

5. Confirm

After clicking, the system will send you a new validation link. You will receive a confirmation notification stating:

> A new validation link has been sent via email to [your email address]

6. Complete activation

Check your mailbox (including Spam/Junk folder) and click on the activation link you just received to validate the sender.
