This guide explains how to modify a customer's email address, phone numbers, and website within the system.

Target users: NON-technical users.


Updating Contacts

Contact modifications are made within the "Profile" section of the customer's record.

Step-by-step procedure:

1. Access the customer list and select the customer record you wish to update to open its edit form.

2. Once the form is open, the system will automatically position you on the first step of the module, titled Profile.

3. Scroll through the Profile section until you find the contact fields. Update the information in the following fields:

  • Email: Enter the customer's new email address.
  • Landline phone: Enter the new landline phone number.
  • Mobile phone: Enter the new mobile phone number.
  • Website: Enter the customer's website address (make sure to include http:// or https://).

4. After entering the new contact details, scroll to the bottom of the form or look for the save button in the top toolbar.

5. Click on the Save button to confirm and apply all changes.

> Note about Email: If the customer's login is active, the email address must be unique and valid. If you change the email, the system may require the customer to confirm the new address before accessing again.
