Landing Page Management

Creation, Visual Editor, SEO, URL Management, Visibility, Page Conversion

Description: This module allows you to create and manage independent web pages optimized for specific conversions (such as lead collection or event registration), without affecting the main site navigation.

What is it for? (Practical examples)

Use it to answer the question: "Why should I use this tool?".

  • Launch specific marketing campaigns: Create a page dedicated to a new product or special offer, separate from the rest of the site, to maximize user attention.
  • Manage seasonal content: Hide a Landing Page (e.g., "Christmas Offers") once the campaign is over, without deleting it, to reactivate it the following year.
  • Turn AI content into operational pages: Use content automatically generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and quickly transform it into complete, publishable web pages.

Main Features

Features are accessible from the list screen and the edit screen.

  • Creation and Editing: Allows you to define the Title, URL (Slug), and main content of the Landing Page.
  • Visual Editor: The page body is managed through an advanced editor that enables visual layout building and multimedia element insertion.
  • Visibility Management: You can show or hide one or more Landing Pages from the site at any time without deleting them. Hidden pages are highlighted in the list.
  • Conversion to Standard Page: A Landing Page can be converted into a standard Website Page with a simple command, integrating it into the general navigation.
  • Duplication: You can copy an existing Landing Page to speed up the creation of new content.
  • SEO Management: Includes a dedicated panel for search engine optimization, allowing you to define meta tags and descriptions.

How to configure it

Configuration takes place within the Landing Page edit screen, divided into sections: Landing Page, SEO, and Preferences.

Required Fields

To save a Landing Page correctly, the following fields must be filled out:

FieldDescription
TitleThe internal and public name of the page.
SlugThe final part of the URL. It is automatically generated from the Title but can be manually edited.
Page BodyThe actual content of the web page (requires a minimum content to save).

Preferences

In the "Preferences" section, you can define the structural appearance of the page.

OptionChoiceEffect
HeaderSelect an existing Header block or "Hide".Defines whether and which graphic header to display at the top of the page.
FooterSelect an existing Footer block or "Hide".Defines whether and which footer to display at the bottom of the page.

Automatic Integrations

The module integrates with the following system features:

  • Content Editor: The "Page Body" field automatically opens in the system's Visual Editor for layout building. Changes to Header and Footer (in Preferences) are immediately reflected in the editor preview.
  • Multilanguage Support: The Title, Slug, and Content fields support translation, allowing you to manage the page in different languages.
  • AI Generation: It is possible to upload and finalize Landing Pages initially generated through the Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools available in the system.

Key Differences

Landing Pages are pages created specifically for marketing goals and are not automatically included in standard navigation menus. Unlike standard Website Pages, Landing Pages offer greater flexibility in choosing to hide or show structural elements such as Header and Footer. They can be converted into Standard Pages if you decide to integrate them into the main site navigation.
