Specify the maximum number of renewals for the subscription

To specify the maximum number of times a subscription can be automatically renewed, you need to enable both recurring payment and automatic renewal.

Procedure

1. Access the subscription edit page and make sure you are in the General section.

2. Locate the recurrence section and check the option Is the package recurring?.

3. Make sure the Enable recurring payment box is checked.

• (Note: If this option is not selected, duration and renewal settings will not be visible).

4. Locate the Automatic renewal option and ensure that the Enable automatic renewal box is checked.

• (Note: If this option is not selected, maximum renewal settings will not be visible).

5. Under the automatic renewal option, find the field labeled Maximum number of renewals.

6. Enter a numeric value:

• Enter 0 if you want the subscription to renew an unlimited number of times (infinite renewals).
• Enter a positive integer (e.g., 3) to limit automatic renewal to that maximum number of periods.

7. Click on the button to Save changes.
