Modify an existing membership card or package

To modify the details, price, or renewal settings of an already created membership card or package.

Procedure

1. Accessing the Edit

1. Access the list of existing membership cards/packages. The table shows the ID, Title, and Price of each package.

2. Click on the row corresponding to the card you want to edit to open the editing screen.

2. Editing General Settings

Once the card is opened, you will be in the General section. This section is divided into main options (on the left) and price/duration options (on the right).

2.1. Main Options

1. Update the Card Title.

2. Edit the Slug (the unique web address) if necessary.

3. Update the Package Description.

4. In the Images section, update the Preview image and the Card image using the media selector.

2.2. Card Text Positioning (Cropping)

This section allows you to define where and how the affiliate's data will be printed on the physical card:

1. For each field (e.g., Affiliate's full name, Card date), you can define the text position on the card image.

2. Choose the Text Color to apply to that field.

3. If you want to remove a defined position, click the Remove button (trash icon).

2.3. Price and Duration Options

1. Adjust the Card Visibility by checking or unchecking the Show in client area option.

2. Enter the desired Print width (mm) for the card.

3. Update the Price and select the Applied tax from the dropdown menu.

4. To manage recurrence:

  • Check Enable recurring payment if the package is not one-time.
  • If enabled, define the Period duration specifying the value and type (Months or Years).
  • Select Enable automatic renewal if you want the subscription to renew automatically.
  • Enter the Maximum number of renewals (use 0 for unlimited renewals).

5. If you want to offer a trial period:

  • Enter the Trial period duration (Value and Days/Months/Years).
  • Enter the Trial price (use '0' if the trial is free).

3. Editing Email Templates

1. Click Next (or the Template tab) to go to the email configuration section.

2. For each notification template (e.g., new-membership, membership-expiration-reminder):

  • Click Enable or Disable to activate or deactivate sending the template for this specific card.
  • If enabled, you can edit the email content using the provided editor.

4. Saving

1. After completing all changes, click the Finish (or Save) button to save the updated membership package.
