Enable or disable recurring payment (subscription)

This guide shows you how to set up a package or a card for a recurring payment (subscription) or a one-time payment.

Procedure

1. Access the edit section of the desired package or card.

2. Make sure you are in the first section of the form, titled General.

3. Scroll down to find the price section.

4. Locate the label Is the package recurring?.

5. To enable recurring payment:

  • Check the box next to Enable recurring payment.
  • Once enabled, fill in the fields that appear below:
  • Enter the numeric value in Period duration.
  • Select the unit of measure from the dropdown menu below (e.g., Months or Years).
  • If you want the subscription to renew automatically, check the box under the label Automatic renewal (next to Enable automatic renewal).
  • (Optional) If necessary, configure the fields related to the trial period (Trial period duration and Trial price).

6. To disable recurring payment (making it one-time):

  • Make sure the Enable recurring payment box is unchecked. The fields related to duration and renewal will disappear.

7. After completing the changes, click the save button (usually located at the bottom of the page or in the form footer) to confirm the settings.
