Enable or disable recurring payment for the package

This guide explains how to configure a package (card) to be sold as a one-time product or as a subscription with recurring payment.

Procedure

1. Access the package (cards) management section and click on the package you want to modify to open the edit screen.

2. Make sure you are in the General section (usually the first tab of the edit form).

3. Scroll down to the section containing the price settings (on the right side of the screen).

4. Locate the checkbox labeled Enable recurring payment.

To enable recurring payment:

1. Select the Enable recurring payment checkbox.

2. Once enabled, the duration configuration fields will appear.

3. In the Duration period field, enter the numeric value of the duration (e.g., 1 for one month).

4. Select the unit of measure from the dropdown menu next to it: Months or Years.

5. (Optional) Select the Enable automatic renewal checkbox if you want the subscription to renew automatically.

6. (Optional) If you have enabled automatic renewal, you can specify the Maximum number of renewals. Enter 0 for unlimited renewals.

7. (Optional) Configure the trial period if necessary, specifying the Trial period duration and the Trial price.

To disable recurring payment (make it one-time):

1. Deselect the Enable recurring payment checkbox.

  • Note: Disabling this option will hide all fields related to duration and automatic renewal, and their values will not be saved.

5. Once you have completed the changes, proceed to the end of the edit form and click the button to Save the configurations.
