Enable or Disable Automatic Package Renewal
To manage whether a package renews automatically upon expiration, you need to access the package's edit settings.
Procedure
1. Access the edit screen of the desired package.
2. In the General section, scroll down to the area related to price and duration.
3. Locate the item Is the package recurring? To manage automatic renewal, the box next to Enable recurring payment must be checked.
4. Just below, find the item Automatic renewal.
5. To enable automatic renewal, check the box next to Enable automatic renewal. To disable it, make sure the box is unchecked.
> Important Note: To activate automatic renewal, you need to configure payment details through the Preferenze Membership module.
6. If automatic renewal is enabled, you can specify the Maximum number of renewals. Enter 0 in the field if you want renewals to be unlimited.
7. After completing your changes, click the Save changes button (or its equivalent for saving the form) to apply the new settings.
