Check which automatic emails are sent to users in relation to the status of their membership (new subscription, expiration reminder, expired).
Procedure
1. Access the membership package edit page for which you want to manage notifications.
2. In the configuration wizard, click on the Template step.
3. A list of available email notification templates for the membership will be displayed. Each template is contained in a separate box.
4. Locate the template you want to enable or disable (for example, the expiration reminder template).
5. Inside the notification box:
- To enable the automatic sending of that template, click the Enable button.
- To disable the automatic sending of that template, click the Disable button.
- Note: The notification box will turn green when it is active.
6. Repeat the process for all templates you want to configure.
7. After completing the changes, make sure to save the package configuration. Click the Save (or Save changes) button to apply the settings.
