View subscription list on customer

Within this guide, we will understand how to view the list of active subscriptions for a specific customer.

 

Let's go to the customer module

First, let's head over to the Customers item found within the main menu of Framework360.

Once inside, click on the customer whose active subscriptions we want to know.

 

Navigate to the Subscriptions Tab

After entering the customer's dedicated page, we should go to the Subscriptions Tab through the button located at the top right as shown in the figure:

Now we can see the list of active subscriptions of the selected customer.
