Import customers via CSV

In this guide, we will see how you can import all your customers via CSV into the FRAMEWORK360 platform.

As mentioned earlier, today we are going to look at how to import customer lists from a CSV file onto the FRAMEWORK360 platform, which will then allow us through the Marketing module of the platform to create marketing operations on these customers, such as setting up a Mail or SMS sending process.

If you want to find out how to set up Mail or SMS sending campaigns through the FRAMEWORK360 platform, you can view the complete guide by clicking here.

Step 1: Import the CSV File

After preparing a CSV file with all our customers' details using Excel, we need to go to the Customers module, located in the main menu, and choose to import a CSV file using the button located at the top right of the Customers module screen:

Once inside the screen, the software will give us the option to both import and export a CSV file.

We should select on the Import option and drag the previously created CSV file from our computer into FRAMEWORK360.

Step 2: Let's Connect the Customer Master Data Fields

Once the file is imported, the software will ask us to synchronize the customer master data fields with the CSV columns as shown in the figure:

For example, if in a certain column of the CSV file there are names of imported clients, we should select the name field from FRAMEWORK360's master data and link it to the corresponding column of the CSV file where our clients' names are listed.

In this phase, FRAMEWORK360 also gives us the possibility to add the clients we are importing into a specific customer list that was previously created.

The text you provided is an HTML closing tag for a paragraph. Translating the tag itself isn't necessary, as HTML tags are universal and do not change between languages. However, if you're asking to translate the concept or purpose of the tag into English, it would still be referred to as a "paragraph closing tag" in English. If there was supposed to be text accompanying the HTML tag that needed translation, please provide the full text, and I can assist with translating that into English while maintaining the integrity of the HTML structure.
