How to enable or disable automatic invoice sending

This guide explains how to configure the Zoho Books plugin to automatically sync invoices related to paid orders.

Why do it:

This feature automatically syncs invoices of paid orders to Zoho without requiring manual intervention.


Procedure

Follow these steps to access and modify the automatic sending setting:

1. Log in to your platform's control panel.

2. Navigate to the Plugins or Integrations section.

3. Open the settings for the Zoho Books plugin.

4. Scroll down until you find the section titled Automatic Sending.

5. Within this section, you will find the checkbox: Enable Automatic Sending.

  • To Enable automatic sending: Check the box Enable Automatic Sending.
  • To Disable automatic sending: Make sure the box Enable Automatic Sending is unchecked.

6. Save the changes made to the plugin settings.

Once enabled, automatic synchronization will run periodically (every 10 minutes) for all paid orders not yet present on Zoho Books.
