How to View the Synchronization Status of an Order
Why do it: To quickly check if an order has been successfully sent to your Zoho Books account.
Procedure
1. Access the order management section of the control panel (the main table listing all orders).
2. Locate the column named Zoho Books within the table.
3. Check the synchronization status displayed for the desired order:
- Order Not Synchronized: If the order has not yet been sent to Zoho Books, you will see the text
N/Ain gray. - Order Synchronized: If the order has been successfully synchronized, you will see a blue label containing the check icon (<i class="fas fa-check"></i>) followed by the invoice number assigned by Zoho Books (e.g.,
[Zoho Invoice No.]).
