This guide explains how to customize the message shown to users when the business is currently open, using the "Real-time Current Status" mode.
Guide: Changing the Open Status Message Text
Follow these steps to modify the text displayed by the "Working Hours" block when your business is open in real time.
1. Open the Block Settings: Click on the "Working Hours" block within the Visual Builder to open the settings window.
2. Check the Display Mode:
- At the top of the window, find the label Select how to display hours.
- Make sure the option Real-time Current Status is selected.
- Note: If another option is selected (such as "Weekly Hours"), the message settings will not be visible.
3. Access the Opening Message Settings:
- Scroll down to find the section titled Opening Hours Message.
- Click on the header to expand this section (if it is not already open).
4. Edit the Text:
- Within the "Opening Hours Message" section, locate the text area preceded by the label Text.
- Delete the default text (for example, "We are currently open.") and enter the new message you want to display when the business is open.
5. Save the Changes:
- Once you have entered the new text, save the changes in the block settings window (usually by clicking a "Save" or "Apply" button in the modal window).
- Finally, save the page to make the changes effective on the site.
