This guide explains how to customize the message displayed when your business is temporarily closed (for example, during lunch break or before opening hours/after closing hours), but not closed for the entire day.
Note: These settings are visible and applicable only if the block is set to show the "Current real-time status."
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Open the Block Settings
Open the configuration panel (popup) of the "Working Hours" block within your Visual Builder.
2. Check the Display Mode
At the top of the panel, look for the field labeled:
Select how to display hours
Make sure that the option:
Current real-time status
is selected.
3. Access the Messages Section
Once the "Current real-time status" mode is selected, scroll down until you find the section titled:
Closing time message
4. Edit the Text
Inside this section, find the text area preceded by the label:
Text
- The default text is: We are currently closed.
- Delete the existing text and enter the new message you want to display when your business is temporarily closed.
5. Save Changes
Save changes in the block configuration panel to apply the new message. The updated text will be immediately visible on your site.
