This guide explains how to set the time when your business closes for a specific time slot, within the general Work Hours settings.
Note: This procedure applies if you have not set the day as a "Closed Day" or if you have not selected the option "Inherit hours from" a previous day.
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Access the Day Settings
Locate the settings block related to the day of the week you want to configure (for example, "Monday").
2. Check the Main Options
Make sure the following options are not selected for the day in question:
- Set as closed day (Under the label Closed Day).
- Inherit hours from [Previous Day Name] (If present, under the label Inherit from).
3. Manage Time Slots
Under the day title, you will find the fields to set the time slots. To add a new time slot (for example, if you open in the morning and then reopen in the afternoon), click the Add time button.
4. Find the Closing Field
Within the time slot you are editing (identified by the labels Opening and Closing):
- Locate the Closing label.
5. Enter the Closing Time
In the text field next to the Closing label, enter the exact time when the business closes for that specific time slot (for example, 13:00 for lunch closing or 20:00 for evening closing).
6. Save the Changes
After entering all the necessary times, make sure to save the plugin’s general settings.
