This guide explains how to choose the phone number that will appear as the sender when you send a direct WhatsApp message (for example, from a customer's profile).
1. Access the WhatsApp message sending function (usually via a "Send WhatsApp message" button on the contact's profile).
2. A message composition window will open.
3. At the top of the window, locate the Sender label.
4. Click on the dropdown menu under the Sender label.
5. Select the phone number you want to use for sending. Available options include:
- Default: Uses the main WhatsApp number configured for the system.
- Specific numbers: Choose one of the phone numbers linked to your account.
6. Once you have selected the sender, you can proceed to compose the Message and add any Attachments.
