This guide explains how to configure a WhatsApp automation action to send messages to specific mobile numbers, instead of the default recipient (the customer who triggered the automation).
Follow these steps to insert custom recipients:
1. Access or create your WhatsApp automation step (screen labeled Edit WhatsApp or Create WhatsApp).
2. In the settings section, locate the field labeled Recipient.
3. Click on the dropdown menu and select the Custom option.
4. Once Custom is selected, a new field titled Custom Recipient will immediately appear.
5. In this field, enter the mobile numbers you want to reach.
- Important: If you need to enter multiple numbers, separate them using a comma (

6. Complete the message configuration (Title, Content, Attachments) and save the automation action.
When the automation runs, the WhatsApp message will be sent to the numbers specified in the Custom Recipient field.
