This guide explains how to manually send a WhatsApp message to a customer directly from their profile card.
Step-by-step procedure
1. Access the customer card of the person you want to send the message to.
2. Locate the quick actions section and click on the Send WhatsApp message button.
3. A window will open for composing the message. Fill in the following fields:
- Sender: Select the WhatsApp number to use for sending. Choose the Default option to use the configured base account.
- Message: Enter the text of the message you want to send to the customer.
- Attachments: Click to upload and select any files or media to attach to the message.
4. After composing the message, confirm sending it to deliver it to the customer's mobile number.
