This procedure allows you to specify fixed phone numbers that will receive the message generated by a template, ignoring the default recipient (e.g., the associated customer).
1. Access the Template management section and open the template you want to edit.
2. Scroll down to find the message settings section.
3. Locate the label Custom Recipient.
4. In the text field associated with this label, enter the recipients' phone numbers.
5. Important: Make sure to separate each phone number with a comma (,).
(The field shows the hint: "Enter multiple recipients separated by a comma").
6. Save the changes to the template to apply the new custom recipients.
Note: When a template with custom recipients is used, the message will be sent to all numbers specified in this field, in addition to any default recipient set (unless sending settings override this).
