This guide shows you how to identify and name your WhatsApp automation action so that it is easily recognizable within your workflow.
Procedure:
1. Make sure you are on the automation action configuration screen.
2. Locate the section titled WhatsApp Settings.
3. Look for the label Message Title.
4. In the text field located under the label, type the name you want to assign to this action (for example: "Follow-up message after purchase").
- Tip: The field may display the default text "Enter a title."
5. Once you have entered the title, make sure to save the action configuration to apply the change.
