This guide explains how to attach files (JPG/PNG images and PDF documents) to automatic messages sent via the "Send WhatsApp message" action within your automations.
Note: The system supports sending up to 3 attachments per message. Allowed file types are images (JPG, PNG) and PDF documents.
Procedure for Adding Attachments
1. Log in or create a new automation step by selecting the action "Send WhatsApp message (Whatsender)".
2. Within the action configuration screen, look for the section dedicated to message settings.
3. In the left panel, locate the field labeled Attachments.
4. Click on the upload area next to the Attachments label. The file selector will open.
5. Select the files you want to attach from your computer. Remember you can upload up to 3 files among images (.jpg, .png) and documents (.pdf).
6. Once selected and uploaded, the files will appear in the Attachments area.
7. Complete your message configuration (entering the Message Title and message content) and save the automation action.
Attachments will be sent automatically along with the WhatsApp message content when the automation is executed for a contact.
