Add attachments to the manual message

This guide explains how to attach files (such as images or documents) to a WhatsApp message sent manually directly from a customer's profile.

Step-by-Step Procedure

1. Access the Customer Profile

Navigate to the profile of the customer you want to send the message to.

2. Start Composing the Message

In the customer profile, click on the button:

Send WhatsApp message

3. Locate the Attachments Field

A message composition window will open. Scroll down until you find the field labeled:

Attachments

4. Select or Upload the File

Click inside the box under the label Attachments. Your media library will open.

  • Select an existing file, or
  • Upload a new file from your computer.

> Note: The system supports sending attachments such as images (JPEG, PNG) and documents (PDF).

5. Compose the Message

Make sure you have entered the desired text in the Message field.

6. Send the Message

Click on the send button (usually Send or Save) at the bottom of the window to send the WhatsApp message complete with attachment.
