Add attachments to a message template

This guide shows you how to add media files (such as images or PDFs) to your message template, ensuring they are sent along with the text.

Adding Attachments to a Message Template

1. Access the message template management section and open the template you want to edit.

2. Scroll down the page until you find the settings group labeled Attachments.

3. Under the Attachments label, click inside the text area. This will open the Media Picker window.

4. In the Media Picker window, choose the files you want to attach. You can:

  • Select files already uploaded in your library.
  • Upload new files from your computer.

(Note: Supported file types are generally images (JPEG, PNG) and PDF, but this may vary depending on system settings.)

5. Once you have selected the files, close the Media Picker window. The selected files will appear in the Attachments field.

6. Save the message template to apply the changes. Attachments will be automatically included every time this template is used to send a message.
