Why do it:
Shortcodes allow you to customize the content of your message by inserting dynamic data (such as the recipient's first name or last name) that will be automatically replaced at the time of sending.
Procedure
1. Access the creation or editing section of a Marketing Automation action that involves sending a WhatsApp message.
2. Click on the Send WhatsApp Message (Whats2b) action to view the settings.
3. Once the Create WhatsApp or Edit WhatsApp screen is open, scroll down to the WhatsApp Settings section.
4. The table containing the complete list of available shortcodes (and the values they represent) is located immediately above the message input fields.
> Note: You can copy and paste these codes directly into the Message field (or Message Content if you are editing a template) to personalize the sending.
