This procedure allows you to add media files (images or documents) to your WhatsApp message. Supported file formats include image files (JPEG, PNG) and PDF.
Note: You can attach up to 3 files per message.
Procedure
1. Access the creation or editing screen of the WhatsApp message (for example, within marketing automations).
2. Under the WhatsApp Settings section, locate the field labeled Attachments.
3. Click on the upload or file selection area under the Attachments label. Your media library or file upload window will open.
4. Select the desired files (images or PDFs) from your library or upload them from your device.
5. Once the attachments are selected, verify that they are correctly displayed in the Attachments field.
6. Proceed with saving or activating your WhatsApp message. The attachments will be sent along with the Message you entered.
